I am a Certified Rolfer and Integrative Bodyworker based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. My work centers on guiding people into greater ease, presence, and connection in their own bodies, especially those who have already tried more conventional approaches without lasting results.
My mission is to co-create a world of vibrant connection through play.
That intention sits at the center of everything I do. It shapes how I work with bodies and how I meet the process of becoming more fully alive. Rolfing Structural Integration and Integrative Bodywork are not just techniques I apply. They are invitations into deeper engagement with oneself, carried with curiosity, presence, and a spirit of play.
My own path into this work began with chronic pain that conventional approaches could not resolve. After months of limited progress, a series of Rolfing sessions restored movement and ease in a way that felt almost miraculous. That experience set the direction for my life. I trained at the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute and the Midline School of Integrative Bodywork, and hold additional certifications in neural and visceral mobilization, craniosacral therapy, and the treatment of common injury.
Since relocating my practice to Chattanooga in 2018, I have continued to refine this work through ongoing study and through the lived laboratory of community. I volunteer regularly at the Isha Institute’s Rejuvenation Center. I sit with my brothers in MenWhoChatt and the Mankind Project, where the same principles that guide the table (presence, honesty, embodiment, and the willingness to meet what is real) become the ground of men’s lives. Bodywork, mind-body practice, meditation, and personal development are not separate compartments. They are interlocking pillars of a fully developed life.
Outside the practice I love making things. Woodworking, artwork, and growing vegetables keep me grounded and feed the same creative engagement I bring to the table.
When the work is held with play and genuine engagement, transformation stops being something we force and becomes something we participate in. That is the same orientation I bring to every client.
